Founding field cohort · 5 organizations

What does your workforce know that isn’t reaching you?

AYEDEYA is going into the field. For 21 days, one team gets a structured way to surface recurring problems, frustrations, risks, waste, and improvement opportunities—and leadership gets a clearer view of what may be getting lost.

No long implementation. No software contract. We need real-world usage, honest feedback, and the chance to learn whether AYEDEYA actually uncovers something useful.

The problem you already feel

You may not need “employee feedback software.” You may need to know why the same problems keep surviving.

AYEDEYA is designed for the gap between what people closest to the work experience and what eventually reaches someone with the authority to act.

01 · Retention

Good people leave frustrated.

You know turnover is expensive. You may not know which repeated day-to-day frustrations helped push someone out.

02 · Recurrence

The same issue keeps coming back.

A workaround can become normal long before leadership realizes it is affecting multiple people or shifts.

03 · Voice

Employees say they aren’t heard.

A conversation with one supervisor is not the same as a reliable path for a pattern to become visible across the organization.

04 · Visibility

Management finds out too late.

The people closest to the work usually encounter friction first. The challenge is getting useful evidence to the right person before it becomes background noise.

05 · Waste

Small inefficiencies hide in plain sight.

Extra walking, searching, waiting, duplicate entry, rework, repeated questions, and unofficial fixes can be individually small and collectively meaningful.

06 · Silence

The complaints stopped.

That can mean the problem disappeared. It can also mean people learned that mentioning it does not change anything.

The test is simple: give your workforce a better path for 21 days and see what shows up.

How the field test works

Capture reality. Validate independently. See what deserves attention.

We are not asking employees to vote on each other or create another social feed. AYEDEYA separates individual observations from the evidence that a problem may be broader.

01 · CAPTURE

Employees submit observations.

Specific recurring friction, risks, waste, workarounds, and missed opportunities from the people actually doing the work.

02 · EVALUATE

Others evaluate independently.

Participants review observations one at a time, without popularity signals or visible group scores influencing them.

03 · IDENTIFY

Patterns become clearer.

We look for recurring themes, high-priority problems, disagreement, and perception gaps worth investigating.

04 · LEARN

Leadership sees what surfaced.

The field test ends with a concise view of what deserves attention—and direct feedback on what AYEDEYA itself needs to improve.

Who we’re looking for

Operations-heavy organizations willing to test with one real team.

AYEDEYA is currently best suited to environments where people repeatedly encounter process friction and leadership cannot personally see every workflow.

  • Logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, facilities, and field services
  • One location, department, shift, or operating group
  • Roughly 15–40 participants is ideal for this first cohort
  • One leader willing to review what surfaces and tell us what is useful or confusing
  • Teams with a visible symptom: recurring issues, turnover, frustration, waste, safety, quality, or communication gaps
For consultants

Bring one client. Keep the relationship. Keep the implementation work.

AYEDEYA can become a diagnostic layer inside an operational or continuous-improvement engagement—not a replacement for the consultant.

  • You introduce a client where something already hurts or feels unclear
  • AYEDEYA provides the software and helps structure the 21-day field test
  • You can help interpret, investigate, and implement what the organization chooses to act on
  • There is no software charge to the client during this founding cohort
  • Any consultant services are a separate, transparent relationship between you and your client
Apply for the first field cohort

We don’t want your money. We want your problems.

This cohort exists to put AYEDEYA in real organizations, discover where it works, discover where it fails, and improve it quickly.

There is no promise that AYEDEYA will fix turnover, engagement, safety, quality, or productivity. The point of the field test is to learn whether it helps surface useful information that is not currently reaching leadership.

First cohort: 5 organizations · 21 days · $0 software cost

Submitting this form is only an application for the founding field cohort. It does not create a contract or require a purchase.
